Our foundation is powered by a dedicated team of seven Board of Directors who provide strategic oversight, alongside two expert coaches who specialize in debate and speech curriculum. We are also supported by energetic high school volunteers from local high schools who mentor our students and assist in daily operations. Together, we foster growth and confidence.
